At just 3½ years old, brave little Sahasi has been facing Leukemia with strength beyond her years. But like any child, her heart is full of joy, wonder—and wishes.

When asked what she dreamed of most, her answer was simple and sweet: a tricycle! A little bike of her own to ride, explore, and just be a carefree kid again.
