Fifteen-year-old Wageesha has always seen the world through wonder. Even during his hardest days battling B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL), his imagination stayed strong — dreaming of one thing:
To become a photographer.

Wageesha wished for a camera and a chance to learn photography basics.
He imagined capturing nature , his family , and the little details many overlook — each photo a piece of hope, told through his eyes. 

During his hospital stay, all he talked about was his wish.
His excitement kept him going — motivating him to complete treatment and return to Suwa Arana, counting down the days until his wish would come true. 

Thanks to the generosity of Camera.lk and the Make-A-Wish team, his wish was granted!
He received a professional camera  and a personal photography session with a kind mentor who sparked his creativity. 

This wish gave Wageesha more than a camera —
It gave him purpose, confidence, and the belief that his dreams matter.
