At just 4½ years old, brave Kesharan—diagnosed with B-ALL —dreamed of becoming his favorite hero: Spider-Man.

When his wish came true, Kesharan lit up as he unwrapped his very own Spidey suit 🕸️. Mask on, gloves ready, he struck his first superhero pose—and for a moment, he wasn’t just a child in treatment… he was Spider-Man.
